The BC Builds – Sun Peaks project is a landmark housing initiative being delivered for the Sun Peaks Housing Authority through the Province of British Columbia’s BC Builds program. This six-storey building will provide 110 purpose-built rental homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Currently under construction, the project will deliver much-needed workforce and family housing, supporting the long-term growth and sustainability of the Sun Peaks community.
